As part of the "Citizens Dialogues" initiative organised by the EC Representation in Italy, the Jean Monnet Centre Ad Personam (ReShape) of the University of Catania, and the International Affairs Institute (IAI) in Rome, organise a public debate on the crisis in Libya.
