Luca Barana is a researcher within the “EU, politics and institutions” and "Global actors" programmes. He mainly studies EU’s external relations, particularly the relations with Africa e migration policies. After his graduation in European Studies at the University of Studies of Turin, he has been Junior Visiting Fellow at the European Council on Foreign Relations (London/Turin) and Program Manager at the Centre for African Studies in Turin. In 2013 he contributed to the establishment of Europae – Review of European Affairs.
