SCOPE is a four-year project (September 2024-September 2028) that aims to support the European Commission in ensuring the coherence, coordination, and visibility of the Global Threats programme of the European Service for Foreign Policy Instruments, particularly in the areas of counter-terrorism, CBRN risks mitigation, combating organised crime, and countering climate security threats. Project activities include: production of analysis, coordination meetings, monitoring and evaluation activities, and events support.

The objective of the project is to analyse the importance of the epidemic risk for European and global security, as well as to foster a public debate regarding the role played by the private sector in sustaining initiatives related to global health governance, with a specific focus on thr Global Fund to Fight Aids, Tuberculosis and Malaria.
