Presentation of Quaderni IAI n.18 with Roberto Battiston, President of the Italian Space Agency

Last 5^th October, in collaboration with the Friedrich Ebert Foundation, and in the framework of the Security Group, IAI hosted Fritz Felgentreu, SPD Deputy Spokesperson of the German Parliament Defense Commission at IAI Security Group, who proposed a comprehensive analysis of the German defence issues. Departing by the German White Paper on Defence, the meeting also addressed the economic issues and the industrial difficulties from a possible defence cooperation perspective, as well as the Russian position in the international framework.

Seminar with James Squelch, Deputy Director Defence Planning Directorate, NATO Defence Policy and Planning Division. In light of the Warsaw Summit conclusions and the current International scenario, the seminar focused on the implications for the NATO Defence Planning. The event has been organised by IAI within the framework of the 2016 Defence Matters project with the support of the NATO Public Diplomacy Division.
