Natural gas markets started off the year with a strong rebound, supported by a combination of recovering economic activity in most markets along with a series of weather-related events – cold spells in Q1 followed by colder or drier than average temperatures in Q2. Rising demand in 2021 is expected to offset the 2020 decline and even grow further with an expected 3.6% annual increase.

The specialisation course in "Geopolitica della Transizione Energetica" aims at providing participants with the analytical tools to understand the political and economic dynamics of energy and environmental development. Furthermore, during the course, the geopolitics aspects and regional impacts of the global energy transition will also be analysed. The course integrates the theoretical and analytical tools of International Relations with the critical sensitivity of studies of the sector.

The course “Sviluppo Sostenibile e Risorse”, now in its third edition, aims at providing the analytical tools to understand the political and economic dynamics in the sustainable development, energy and environment, international cooperation sectors as well as at offering an in-depth analysis of policies adopted by public and private actors operating in the field at the national and international level. It integrates the theoretical and analytical tools of International Relations with the critical sensibility of studies in the field.
