The International Affairs Institute has contributed to the 12-point document in the "Task Force on Cooperation in Greater Europe". The text lists a series of actions that the European Union and its states must take together with Russia and Turkey, to prevent the most destabilizing effects of technological innovation in the military field.

Nathalie Tocci, back from the Munich Security Conference, where she chaired the first panels, talks about the main messages and lessons of the conference. The discussion revolved around the relationship between Europe and the Usa. “Cooperation, so to speak, is all well and good so long as it translates into Europeans (and others) doing what the US dictates”.
