Seminar with Ken Endo, professor of International Politics and Global Governance at Hokkaido University, Japan; Nicola Casarini, senior research fellow at IAI, and Giulio Pugliese, lecturer in War's Studies at King's College, London. The seminar will be chaired by IAI's director Nathalie Tocci.
