Turkey and Russia, from the Black Sea to the Middle East

A recent commentary published in the framework of the Global Turkey in Europe project run by IAI, the Istanbul Policy Centre and the Mercator Foundation, analyses Turkish and Russian policies towards the Black Sea region and the Middle East.
