A recent commentary published in the framework of the Global Turkey in Europe project run by IAI, the Istanbul Policy Centre and the Mercator Foundation, analyses Turkish and Russian policies towards the Black Sea region and the Middle East. The May issue of the Global Turkey in Europe question of the month feature is also online, focussing on Turkish reactions to the framework nuclear agreement reached between world powers and Iran last April.
