Med Crises: Views from MENA Youth

The Mediterranean region is experiencing a number of complex and overlapping crises. A New-Med conference, organised by IAI under the auspices of the Italian Chairmanship of the OSCE Mediterranean Contact Group, will address these challenges from the perspective of eight outstanding young scholars from the Middle East and North Africa. These were selected through a rigorous application process and will be paired with a number of expert discussants to debate issues ranging from climate change, radicalisation, state-society relations and the migrant and refugee crisis.
