Leo Goretti is Head of the IAI's "Italian foreign policy" programme, editor of The International Spectator, the peer-reviewed English-language journal of the Istituto Affari Internazionali, and editor of IAI’s series IAI Commentaries, Trends and Perspectives in International Politics and IAI Research Studies.
He holds a PhD in History from the University of Reading (UK). He published journal articles and book chapters in Italian, English and French, as well as the monograph I “neri bianchi”. Mezzadri di Greve in Chianti tra lotte sindacali e fuga dalle campagne (1945-1960). In 2020, he edited (together with Francesco De Leo) Corone d’Europa. Il futuro delle monarchie democratiche.
