L’Italia e il nuovo Concetto strategico Nato

The Atlantic alliance elaborated the new Strategic concept, which was approved at the Head of States and Governments Summit held in Madrid in June 2022. Multiple consultations among member States and NATO institutions, particularly the Policy Planning Unit of the Office of the NATO Secretary General, contributed to the draft of the document. IAI organized a closed-door seminar in March 2022, aimed at discussing the proposals to be raised at the transatlantic table, which involved national civil and military institutions, field experts, as well as Italian officials in the NATO domain.
