La difesa aerea e missilistica dell’Europa: l’urgenza delle scelte

The project (May 2026-February 2027) aims to analyse the current state and future prospects of air and missile defence in Europe. It focuses on the evolution of threats in light of the Russia-Ukraine conflict, the future outlook for NATO’s Integrated Air and Missile Defence (IAMD) and key European Union initiatives. Finally, against this backdrop, the project will examine the current state of Italy’s capabilities and the country’s overall position. As part of the project, the IAI will host a closed-door seminar at its premises, based on an introductory paper developed through consultations with stakeholders and experts.
