G7 Italy Summit: IAI Research

G7 leaders meet in Taormina, Sicily, on 26-27 May: this is the first summit for Donald Trump, Theresa May, Emmanuel Macron and Paolo Gentiloni and it takes place between the NATO summit in Brussels and the G20 meeting in Hamburg on 7-8 July, where leaders will meet with Vladimir Putin, no longer a member of the G7 since Russia’s annexation of Crimea in 2014. IAI has prepared a number of studies examining salient international themes and challenges on the agenda of world leaders for the coming months.
