The event is proposed as a moment of reflection and discussion on the prospects of health diplomacy, a discipline that has become fundamental in the international relations landscape to address increasingly interdependent global challenges.

On the occasion of the diploma awarding ceremony for the first edition of the Executive Masterclass in Global Health Diplomacy, the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) is organizing a meeting in collaboration with Fondazione Roma, Friends of the Global Fund, Focus Equality, and the Global Health Centre of the Geneva Graduate Institute.

The debate will explore both the multilateral dimension of the United Nations and the WHO, as well as the growing multi-stakeholder evolution of global health governance. The initiative will highlight how traditional intergovernmental action is now complemented by the important contribution of the private sector, universities, research centers, and civil society.
