Multilateralism at a Turning Point: the Republic of Korea (ROK) and its Engagement with the G7

The workshop aims to examine the Republic of Korea’s engagement with the G7 within the “G7 Plus” framework, against the background of the Korean government’s ambition to turn the ROK into a “global pivotal state” at a critical juncture in the evolution of multilateralism. Through the establishment of an experts’ group from the academic and policy communities in the Republic of Korea and in G7 countries, the project will monitor and examine the ROK-G7 agenda for collaboration.
