General course overview

The world of intelligence and information gathering for research and investigation intertwines various levels of application today, becoming an increasingly interesting context for the realms of security, in particular, and international politics, in general. Among the various intelligence methodologies, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) is undoubtedly the most significant and is increasingly intertwined with new technologies derived from Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ability to research, analyze, read, and manage are just a few of the challenges associated with the OSINT world. This creates a growing demand for professionals capable of searching for information, supporting the strategic capability of anticipating possible events that may pose a threat, analyzing relevant scenarios, and trends.
