The Council of Councils, a network of leading foreign policy think tanks from around the world – with IAI as the only Italian Institute – has published the 2017 Report Card on International Cooperation: ratings were downgraded from B to C-, with Brexit, Donald Trump and populist nationalism highlighted as contributing factors.
