16 Members of the European Leadership Network’s Contact Group on Russia-West Relations – comprised of Members of Parliament, diplomats, and strategic advisers from across wider Europe – issue a joint statement that encourages dialogue in the Russia-West relationship. All parties involved in the current confrontation have a responsibility to stop stereotyping, and start talking.
