Historically speaking, the European Community and then the European Union have always reacted with paradigm changes in their foreign policies to watershed moments in the Middle East. IThe EU seemed paralyzed during Donald Trump's presidency over the Israel/Palestine matter. As the Joe Biden administration takes office, the EU needs to set the ground for a paradigm shift anchored in equal rights for a just peace.
