The project aims to contribute to a greater awareness of the ongoing shifts in the concept of European sovereignty – a response to the lag Europe has accumulated in technological innovation and the resulting strategic vulnerabilities, particularly regarding geoeconomic risks and the geopolitical competition that could soon affect the pharmaceutical sector.
