MENA Youth Engagement: Politics & Society

IAI research has published a number of studies examining the interplay between youth, gender and politics in the MENA region. Papers include a report of a New-Med conference on youth and the Mediterranean held at the Italian Foreign Ministry in Rome, and two policy briefs published in the framework of the IAI-led Power2Youth project, funded by the European Commission. The briefs address governmental policies in the youth and gender domain, advancing a number of policy recommendations on how to improve these policies and foster societal resilience in the Southern and Eastern Mediterranean.
