Raffaello Matarazzo

Biography
Raffaello Matarazzo (MA, PhD) is senior analyst at Eni (Government affairs department). He teaches Strategic Studies at the University of Perugia and Government and Politics of Western Europe at the Rome Campus of the St. John's University. He has published books, peer reviewed articles and papers on EU integration, EU foreign and security policy and transatlantic relations. In 2002 he worked at the European Parliament in Brussels. From 2003 to 2013 he has been research fellow at IAI. From 2006 to 2008 he acted as advisor to the chairman of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the Italian Chamber of Deputies. He holds a degree in Philosophy, an MA in European Studies and a PhD in European History from the University of Rome La Sapienza.
