Mogherini to Non-proliferation Network

"The EU has world-class expertise on non-proliferation, also thanks to the work of the European Network of Independent Non-proliferation and Disarmament think-tanks", stated High Representative Federica Mogherini in the first newsletter of the EU Non-proliferation Consortium. The Consortium - established in 2010 to promote and coordinate the work of the network - has just welcomed the IAI among its six members, following a decision by the Council of the EU.
