IAI Project: Re-Founding Europe
As Europe prepares to mark the 60th anniversary of the signing of the Treaties of Rome in March 2017, IAI and partners have launched a new research project addressing specific dimensions of the EU integration process. Particular focus is devoted to current debates on a differentiated integration approach and the creation of a multi-tier Europe. The project will publish seven research papers drafted by leading European think tanks and a final IAI report with policy recommendations directed at relevant EU and national stakeholders. Research outputs will be presented at an international conference in Rome on 20 March, coinciding with the celebrations for the signing of the Rome Treaties.
