Italy and Germany Must Promote a Global EU Response to COVID-19

On Covid19 we're still challenged at home & still need more solidarity within the EU. But Europe must also support its neighbors & global organizations fighting the pandemic. Together Italy and Germany should take the lead some ideas from IAI and Munich Security Conference.
