IAI among the “100 Think Tanks to Watch 2025”

The Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) has been included among the “100 Think Tanks to Watch 2025”, as the only Italian think tank featured in the list. The selection, curated by On Think Tanks (OTT), highlights one hundred of the most dynamic and influential organisations in the global policy-making landscape.

“Recent highlights include the conference on Advancing EU Enlargement to the Western Balkans, which gathered policy makers and experts to align expectations and realities of accession; the AI-Energy Nexus study, mapping applications of artificial intelligence in the oil and gas sector; and its role in the EMISSARY project, a major EU-funded consortium on climate and security (2024–2029). These initiatives illustrate IAI’s ability to combine rigorous research with forward-looking policy debates, reinforcing its role as a central hub for Italian and European foreign policy.”
