L’Europa e la Russia: conflitto, diplomazia e politica estera dell’Italia
IAI and the University of Siena are pleased to announce a conference designed to discuss the Draghi government’s approach to international affairs, with a particular emphasis on relations with Russia and Italy’s energy policies in the wake of the conflict in Ukraine.
The event, promoted by IAI in the framework of its Strategic Partnership with the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation, and in cooperation with the University of Siena, is open to BA and MA students currently enrolled in degree programmes at the University. The conference is designed as an opportunity to investigate the main action lines governing Italian foreign policy and share with students IAI’s approaches to policy research. Building on the research findings contained in IAI’s last report on the foreign policy of the Draghi government in 2021, the event will be an opportunity to update the research findings with a reflection on the impact the Ukraine war is having on the Italian foreign policy and priorities for the future.
