La politica estera dell'Italia e le sfide del nuovo (dis)ordine internazionale

12/05/2022, Trento

The Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) and the School of International Studies (SIS) at the University of Trento are pleased to announce a conference on the Draghi government’s approach to international affairs with a particular emphasis on Europe, the Balkan region, the wider Mediterranean and an analysis of Italy’s relations with China.

The event, promoted by IAI in the framework of its Strategic Partnership with the Compagnia di San Paolo Foundation, and in cooperation with the University of Trento, is open to BA and MA students enrolled at the University. Designed as an opportunity to discuss the key features of Italian foreign policy and share with student’s IAI’s modalities of policy research, the event takes place in the broader context of the “Siamo Europa” festival, taking place in Trento on 13-14 May. Building on the analysis outlined in IAI’s annual report on the foreign policy of the Draghi government in 2021, the conference will be an opportunity to update the research findings in light of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine and the challenges of a new global (dis)order.
