70 anni di NATO: priorità italiane per il futuro dell’Alleanza Atlantica

Prompted by the 70th anniversary of the Washington Treaty, this event aims not only to stimulate a forward-looking reflection on NATO's future, but also to assess the Italian priorities within the Alliance and the strategy to pursue them. In light of the current international security environment, a frank and in-depth debate is needed regarding stabilization of the Mediterranean region, EU-NATO cooperation, an adequate balance of deterrence, defence and dialogue towards Russia, as well as the development of the industrial and technological capabilities needed to equip Italian and allied armed forces. The conference is orgenized by IAI in partnership with NATO Public Diplomacy Division, and features Formiche as mediapartner.
