Konstantinas Andrijauskas is an Associate Professor of Asian International Relations in the Institute of International Relations and Political Science at Vilnius University (VU IIRPS) and an Associate Expert with the Indo-Pacific Programme at the Geopolitics and Security Studies Centre (GSSC), both in Vilnius, Lithuania.
