Domestic Change and Conflict in the Mediterranean: The Cases of Hamas and Hezbollah

This report analyses the recent evolution of Hamas and Hezbollah. In particular, it aims at evaluating: (1) the roles of the two resistance movements in their respective national arenas, and (2) in the conflict with Israel; (3) the impact of the two Islamist movements on regional politics; and, finally, (4) the impact of Western, mainly EU policies, on them.
