EU Energy Union & the Neighbourhood

IAI publications address recent developments linked to the EU Energy Union, including a review of national policies and an evaluation of key indicators in the context of IAI’s Energy Union Watch. A further study examines the Baltic Market Interconnection Plan and the case study of Lithuania assessing the effectiveness of energy integration and the Plan’s coherence in addressing EU energy network deficiencies. A final paper from the EU-funded MENARA [2] project examines the role of material factors – including energy and national resources – in understanding regional transformations in the MENA.
