EU Reform: Asymmetry and Electoral Politics

IAI papers in the Governing Europe project focus on efforts to reform the EU’s political and institutional frameworks. One paper adopts a comparative approach with other quasi-federal contexts to offer a reflection on how asymmetry can become an instrument of differentiated integration. A second paper assesses advances towards a united European electoral and party system.
