Multilateralism at a Turning Point: The ROK and its Engagement with the G7

The project examines the engagement of the Republic of Korea (ROK) with the G7 in the “G7 Plus” framework, against the backdrop of the South Korean government’s ambition to transform the ROK into a “global pivotal state”. The project monitors and examines the ROK-G7 collaborative agenda and envisages a high-level conference, co-organised with the Center for International Governance and Innovation (CIGI) and supported by the Korea Foundation, in Ottawa ahead of the G7 Kananaskis Summit.
