EU Enlargement and European Foreign and Security Policy

Through EU-Consent [2], this proposal has been submitted by the IAI to the 10th bi-annual EUSA Conference that will take place in May 2007 in Montreal. The IAI ran a panel that will discuss the following issues: EU Enlargement and the Changing Nature of European Security, Dr Adrian Treacher, Univesity of Sussex; The ENP between Enlargement and CFSP, Michele Comelli, Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI), Rome and University of Udine; Is there a common institutional discourse on the ENP?, Beatrix Futak-Campbell, University of Edinburgh; After the Enlargement: a New EU-Russia Agreement, Dr. Mahulena Hofmann, Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law.
