Sub-Saharan Africa: External Actors

Published in the framework of a joint IAI project, recent papers analyse the African policies of the United States, China, Brazil, Turkey and the Arab Gulf States. In its second phase, the project will focus on the Horn of Africa as a case study, producing field research and advancing detailed recommendations on how to improve EU policies in the realms of security, peace and development.
