Advancing the Global Health Agenda of G7. The Challenge of Malaria Elimination

The goal of the meeting is to examine and discuss the role of G7 in promoting global health cooperation with a focus on the emerging challenges of malaria elimination, an objective that the UN SDG agenda aims to reach by 2030.

Leading experts and stakeholders will discuss, in particular, the opportunities offered by the new technologies, the role played by the various actors in the global health architecture, and the new initiatives to be undertaken to fill the persistent financing gaps.

A IAI paper [3] on the above issues will be presented and discussed at the meeting.
