The International Affairs Institute (IAI) and the Vienna Center for Disarmament and Non Proliferation (VCDNP) in the framework of the Young Women and Next Generation Initiative (YWNGI) [3] cordially invite you to an event titled: “The Future of Warfare: The Role of Drones and Emerging Technology”.

The event will feature Dr. Raluca Csernatoni [4], Fellow at Carnegie Europe.

Rapid advancements in artificial intelligence (AI) applications are already being used on the battlefield, for example, to accelerate target generation. Dr. Csernatoni will discuss the use of emerging technologies, such as AI and drones, in the military sphere, covering challenges and risks, and analysing how emerging technologies will impact the future of warfare. The presentation will be followed by a Q&A session.
