A Parliamentary Conversation

The Istituto Affari Internazionali with fifth edition continues the Digital Conversations between German and Italian parliamentarians. On October 9, 2020, IAI and MSC, Munich Security Conference [2], hosted a special dialogue between Italian and German Members of Parliament. Participants discussed the situations in Belarus, Libya, and Nagorno-Karabakh as examples of crises in the European neighborhood and exchanged ideas on how the EU might increase its capacity to act.
