Le finalità del bilancio Ue e le prospettive di riforma: proposte per l'Italia
In view of the negotiations for the next EU Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2021-27, this paper lists a number of proposals for the Italian position on the following issues: EU own resources; conditionality; Cohesion Policy; Common Agricultural Policy; European public goods. The paper refers to the EU Commission proposal of May 2018, and defines the Italian interests on the basis of the contributions published in the framework of the project “EU Multi-annual financial framework for 2021-2027. Resources, tools and possible developments”, conducted by the Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI) and the Centro Studi sul Federalismo (CSF).
