Biography

Leo Goretti is Senior Fellow within IAI’s Italian Foreign Policy Programme and co-editor of The International Spectator [5], the peer-reviewed English-language journal of the Istituto Affari Internazionali. He holds a PhD in History from the University of Reading (UK). He published journal articles and book chapters in Italian, English and French, as well as the monograph I “neri bianchi”. Mezzadri di Greve in Chianti tra lotte sindacali e fuga dalle campagne (1945-1960). In 2020, he edited (together with Francesco De Leo) Corone d’Europa. Il futuro delle monarchie democratiche.
