Somali perspectives: Institutional and policy challenges

Closed-door seminar with the President of Puntland, Abdiweli Mohamed Ali, and the First Vice President of Jubaland, Abdullahi Sheikh Ismail, to discuss the federal perspectives of Somali institutions, as well as the instruments and policies which can foster security and development in the country. The seminar was organised in cooperation with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation and the Embassy of Italy to the Federal Republic of Somalia. It gathered together Italian and Somali experts from different sectors, such as universities, institutions, think tanks, NGOs and media.
