International Political Economy
For some years now, the IAI has been pursuing two strands of study: one on the internationalization of the Italian economy, the other on the trends and rules of the global economy and the macro-regions that characterize it.
The objective is to analyze, starting from the current economic and financial crisis, the possible future role of Italy and Europe in the global economic system in the medium to long term, in order to propose appropriate options for Italy's foreign economic policy.
The work in these fields is being carried out with the participation of Italian companies and institutions, as well as the collaboration of international organizations and foundations.
